Intradermal pigment naevus in an upper eyelid. An intradermal pigment naevus in an upper eyelid, affecting the field of vision. This case was successfully palliated with cautious liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. Radical freezing would lead to permanent loss of eyelashes; cryotherapy of the eyelids should only be performed by a well-trained cryoexpert and in cooperation with an ophthalmologist.
