Nodular Basal Cell Carcinoma Under the Eye

Nodular basal cell carcinoma under the eye. In this case the patient had a slowly growing symptomless papule, which became ulcerated ("crater") over the last few months; notice the well-defined margins and raised rim ("necklase of pearls") with dilated blood vessels.
