Keloid in a Surgical Scar

Keloid in a surgical scar. A small naevus was removed from the presternal region and a larger keloid replaced it. A simple excision of the keloid would be medical malpractice since an even larger scar would replace it. Silicone gel sheeting or liquid nitrogen therapy are relatively good treatment alternatives.
