Discoid Lupus Erythematosus in the Nasolabial Fold

Discoid lupus erythematosus in the nasolabial fold. Discoid lupus erythematosus often occurs in areas exposed to sunlight, such as in the face. The inflammation is rather strong, the patch is erythematous, raised and scaly. There may be one patch or several patches.
