Hyperkeratosis (Unna-Thost)

Hyperkeratosis (Unna-Thost).Plantar hyperkeratosis without eczema or infection is often hereditary, here of the type Unna-Thost. Both palmar and plantar surfaces are covered by thick hyperkeratosis with no sign of inflammation. There is no really effective therapy.
