Cutaneous Horn on the Nose

Cutaneous horn on the nose.Cornu cutaneum, "skin horn", most often appears in an actinic keratosis lesion. However, its base may also involve squamous cell carcinoma. In this case, liquid nitrogen freezing was used as treatment.
