Change in a Pigmented Naevus

Change in a pigmented naevus.A black, slightly elevated and irregularly shaped area has appeared in a pigmented naevus. An excisional biopsy was performed with small margins and sent for pathological examination. The tumour proved to be a malignant melanoma.
