Herpes Zoster on the Skin of the Back

Herpes zoster on the skin of the back. Herpes zoster may affect the entire unilateral dermatome or - as in this case - only an area of a few centimetres. Initial pain, vesicles on reddish background and, especially, the unilateral affection are typical.
