Winged Scapula (Serratus Anterior Paralysis)

Winged scapula (serratus anterior paralysis). Serratus anterior paralysis with scapula winging maximally, i.e. 5 cm when the patient raises (flexes) the upper arm forward to horizontal level (Gradus III, Vastamäki grading). The patient is able to raise the arm even somewhat higher, up to 130 degrees.
