Becker's Melanosis on the Back

Becker's melanosis on the back. An irregular pigmented area, often more hairy than the surrounding skin, is not uncommon: Becker's melanosis (Melanosis naeviformis Becker-Siemens). There is neither any need nor a good method for treatment. In typical cases not even a biopsy is indicated. The main differential diagnosis is pityriasis versicolor.
