Epidermoid Cyst at the Base of the Nose

Epidermoid cyst at the base of the nose. An epidermoid cyst had grown for years. The contents were thick debris containing keratin and lipid-rich material. The whole cyst was removed with its capsule and the excess skin was trimmed.
