Nodular Prurigo

Nodular prurigo. Nodular prurigo, i.e. prurigo nodularis, earlier also called lichen corneus obtusus. A nodular difficult-to-treat disease with severe itching. Refer the patient to a dermatologist. In special cases, even thalidomide therapy may need to be considered.
