Solar Elastosis

Solar elastosis. Elastosis as a result of long-term exposure to sunlight. There are deep furrows in the face and a slightly yellowish colour of the skin. In this patient, the change also includes black open comedones and light-coloured cysts, and this condition bears the name of Favre-Racouchot syndrome. The phenomenon is fairly common in elderly men and there is no treatment available for restoring the skin structure.
