Squamous Cell Carcinoma Next to the Nose

Squamous cell carcinoma next to the nose. The ulcer next to the nose does not look like squamous cell carcinoma, but on excision this turned out to be a well differentiated (Gr I) squamous cell carcinoma (epidermoid/ squamocellular/ spinocellular carcinoma). Treatment was radical excision with wide margins and follow-up.
