Subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus.SCLE, subacute cutanoeus lupus erythematosus is a rare connective tissue disease. Its individual blotches on the skin resemble those of a fungal infection. Negative mycology, strongly positive autoimmune findings in laboratory tests and a skin biopsy will assist in diagnosing SCLE. The patient should be referred to a dermatologist for treatment.
