Atrial Tachycardia
Atrial tachycardia. Atrial tachycardia with a 2:1 atrioventricular block. The negative P wave is clearly visible in lead I, which clearly differentiates the rhythm from normal sinus rhythm. In addition, there is an inferior wall infarction. The atrial rate is 240/min and the ventricular response is 120/min.
