Atrial Ectopic Beats

Atrial ectopic beats. Several ”P-on-T” atrial ectopic beats, which are recognizable by the change in the form of the T wave (arrows) even if there is no separate P wave to be seen. Only a part of the ectopic beats are conducted to the ventricle. Eventually one of the ectopic beats starts a brief burst of atrial fibrillation (asterisk).
