Lichen Planus

Lichen planus.The scaling often seen in lichen planus is fine and there is clearly less of it than in psoriasis. The papules are bluish in colour and the lesions are often polygonal. If a small amount of ointment is applied on a papule, it shows a fine-meshed reticular pattern, the Wickham's striae.
