Allergic Dermatitis on the Neck (Nail Varnish)

Allergic dermatitis on the neck (nail varnish). A red, blotchy rash on the neck is most often caused by toluene sulfonamide formaldehyde resin in nail polish (leaning on the nails). Changing the brand of nail varnish may clear up the eczema.
