Palmoplantar Pustulosis on the Side of the Palm

Palmoplantar pustulosis on the side of the palm. Palmoplantar pustulosis is a chronic, pustular skin disease of the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. It most commonly occurs in women who smoke. In some countries it is considered a separate disease, but it is sometimes also classified as a type of psoriasis.Treatment is not easy and complete freedom from symptoms, even temporarily, is rarely achieved. Patients should usually be referred to a dermatologist for treatment.
