Clarithromycin Dose in Helicobacter Pylori Eradication

A systematic review 1 including 83 studies with a total of 6 123 subjects was abstracted in DARE. For seven day triple therapies, clarithromycin 500 mg twice daily achieved the best treatment results.

Comment: The quality of evidence is downgraded by study limitations and limitations in review methodology.
