Healed Atrophic Glossitis
Healed atrophic glossitis. The same patient as in picture Atrophic Glossitis 2 months after the initiation of hydroxocobalamin injection therapy. The rough structure of the filiform papillae is restored and the mucosal erythema has vanished.
