Impetigo contagiosa around the mouth mixed with atopic dermatitis.In order to prevent recurrence, the bacteria in the nostrils should also be treated. It is a good idea to actively take samples for bacterial culture and sensitivity testing. Impetigo contagiosa may be caused by Staphylococcus aureus or beta-haemolytic (group A) streptococci.
