Balanitis xerotica obliterans.Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus, in the penis usually known as balanitis xerotica obliterans (BXO). It can cause stricture not only of the prepuce, but also of the external urethral orifice. Effective therapy is needed to prevent functional disturbances.
