Muscular Vsd (Ventricular Septal Defect)

A 6-year-old girl with a short initial systolic 2/6 degree blowing murmur. A very small VSD (ventricular septal defect) was detected by echocardiography near the apex of the heart. Haemodynamically insignificant; endocarditis prophylaxis is recommended.
