Maxillary Sinusitis

Maxillary sinusitis. Occipitomental projection: left maxillary sinus is completely opacified. The picture also shows an incorrect projection where the base of the skull shadows the lower parts of the maxillary sinuses, and the sphenoidal sinus is not visible.
