Therapeutic ultrasound is probably not effective for pressure sores. Level of evidence: "C"A Cochrane review [Abstract] 1 included 3 studies with a total of 146 subjects. The results suggest no apparent evidence of benefit.
Comment: The quality of evidence is downgraded by sparse data.
