Nail Lesions Caused by Eczema

Nail lesions caused by eczema. An episode of difficult eczema/infection in the nail walls has already subsided, but the acute phase led to significant disturbances in nail growth. If the lesions are seen synchronously in both hands and there is no underlying local skin disorder of the nail area, the lesions are caused by some systemic "catastrophe" and the lesions are called Beau's lines.
