Wide-Complex Tachycardia

Wide-complex tachycardia. Wide-complex tachycardia in which the QRS complex resembles RBBB. The shape of the QRS complex in lead V1 strongly indicates ventricular tachycardia. Also the width of the QRS complex, which exceeds 0.14 sec., is indicative. The ventricular rate (150/min.) fits both ventricular and supraventricular tachycardia. The atria (arrow) are activated slower than the ventricles, which confirms that this case is about ventricular tachycardia.
