Endometrium in the Secretory Phase (Ultrasound Scan)
Endometrium in the secretory phase (ultrasound scan). In the secretory phase, progesterone makes the endometrium appear lighter (more echogenic) on US compared to the surrounding myometrium but no longer increases the thickness of the endometrium.
