Rosacea in the Upper Lip

Rosacea in the upper lip. Rosacea as a papular skin eruption in the upper lip. Telangiectases which are often associated with rosacea are also visible to some extent. In this patient, pustules are lacking. The eruption resembles perioral dermatitis but the healthy margin around the mouth which is typical for that condition cannot be discerned. The absence of comedones speaks against acne vulgaris.
