Hallux valgus and hammer toe of the 2nd digit in the left foot. A hallux valgus operation was performed on a woman who was about 65 years old.

1. Preoperative standing AP x-ray
2. Preoperative standing lateral x-ray
3. AP x-ray after Lapidus procedure for hallux valgus; arthrodesis of the PIP joint and FDL tendon transfer of the 2nd digit done to correct the hammer toe position
4. Lateral x-ray after the operation
