Erythema Nodosum Migrans on the Dorsal Surface of the Toes

Erythema nodosum migrans on the dorsal surface of the toes. Painful affection on the dorsal surface of the toes. The working diagnosis is Erythema nodosum migrans. Oral corticosteroids give relative relief of symptoms, but the best response is achieved with oral potassium iodide. After stopping the medication, relapse had been the rule in a couple of weeks. Iodide led to hypothyreosis, corrected with substitution therapy.
