Keloid scar on the upper arm. Widespread keloid scar on the upper arm of an adolescent male patient. Original keloid following an excision was excised which led to the formation of a larger keloid. Simple re-excision is the worst therapeutic alternative in keloids - it will usually result in a still bigger keloid.
