Acrodermatitis Continua

Acrodermatitis continua. Acrodermatitis continua is a severe form of psoriasis affecting the distal fingers and toes. Redness, swelling, pustules and gross nail deformity are characteristic features. Often the best control of symptoms is achieved by oral methotrexate.
