Severe Tinea Cruris

Severe tinea cruris. Extensive tinea cruris in the groin of a man. In this patient, the tinea spread all over the body, also in the face. Reddish little furuncles are also visible at the roots of the thighs. In such an intensive disease (Trichophyton rubrum) systemic antifungal medication is the only treatment alternative.
