Subconjunctival haemorrhage (suggillation). Subconjunctival haemorrhage is usually symptomless. This patient did not have anticoagulation therapy, preceding trauma or infection as predisposing factors, but the blood pressure was 180/105 mmHg. Antihypertensive therapy was intensified.
