Lichen Planus in the Back of the Hand

Lichen planus in the back of the hand.Bluish hue and polygonal papules are pathognomonic for the disease. Treatment consist of a potent topical corticosteroid. Treament result must be controlled after 2-3 weeks, and care should be taken that no unnecessary risks of skin atrophy arise.
