Lichen Planus

Lichen planus. Prominent lichen planus in the ankle region. A lilac red colour, woven in a whitish network of Wickham striae, is a typical clinical feature. A controlled use of (very) potent corticosteroid ointments of a few weeks' duration often proves beneficial.
