Pivot Shift Test

Pivot shift test. A) In the pivot shift test, a valgus force and inward rotation are applied to the knee while extending it from the flexed position. B) If the anterior cruciate ligament is torn, the end of the fibula will slide or jump to subluxation when the knee is almost fully extended.
