Erythema multiforme on the palm.Cockade-like vesicles on the palms caused by erythema multiforme. The eruption is more common on the extensor aspects of the extremities. As a differential diagnostic option, this type of palmar vesicle formation may also well suggest dyshidrotic eczema (pompholyx).
