Nodular Melanoma in the Forehead

Nodular melanoma in the forehead. Nodular melanoma in the forehead. The more light-coloured scar-like spot in the lower part is so-called regression, i.e. a sign of immunological response which is very typical for a melanoma. The tumour highly resembles a haemangioma. The surface structure of the skin is here clearly disordered which is not the case in a haemangioma. On palpation, this tumour feels clearly more solid.
