Psoriasis on palmar skin. Psoriasis on palmar skin may be therapy resistant - oral retinoids are often needed and are quite helpful when combined with other therapeutic modalities (corticoids, calcipotriol, tazarotene e.g.). A definite diagnosis may be difficult to reach if no other location is affected.
