Myxoid Cyst in a Toe

Myxoid cyst in a toe. Myxoid cyst is a degenerative process of the distal joint in fingers or toes. The pseudocyst is filled with clear, viscid fluid. The cyst may cause pressure deformity in the nail plate. Skilled surgery seems to give best results; however, pressure therapy, silver nitrate and cryosurgery may be tried.
