Pustulosis Palmoplantaris

Pustulosis palmoplantaris. Pustulosis (palmo-) plantaris is one of the most therapy-resistant skin diseases. The cause is unknown and its relationship to psoriasis unclear. Potent topical corticosteroids, calcipotriol, oral tetracyclines, acitretin or even cyclosporin are therapeutic alternatives. Smokers are at an increased risk of this disease.
