Long QT Syndrome

Long QT syndrome. Long QT syndrome (LQT) in a young woman, who repeatedly fainted during physical exercise. The ECG appears to be normal, if the QT interval is not measured: in lead II 0.44 sec. and V3 0.48 sec., which for this pulse rate (60/min.) is prolonged. A normal QT interval at a pulse rate of 60/min. would be 0.39 sec.
