Toxic/Atopic dermatitis in a finger tip. The flexor sites of distal fingers are affected in the state called "snowball fingers" - a form of atopic dermatitis. In adults this clinical picture often indicates skin allergy testing, but irritants are more common than allergens as the cause of this clinical picture.
