Asbestosis (Lateral View)

Diffuse interstitial shadows in the chest x-ray caused by asbestosis. There are also calcified pleural thickenings for the same reason (2). The patient also has pneumothorax on the left side (3). See also PA view Asbestosis (Pa View).
