Skin Atrophy Caused by Local Corticosteroids

Skin atrophy caused by local corticosteroids. An elderly lady used topical high potency corticosteroid (given by a friendly neighbour) for itching of the facial skin. After 3 months skin atrophy with ecchymoses had developed.
