Erythema Multiforme

Erythema multiforme. Erythema multiforme is worthy of its name, with wide variation in expression of the lesions. In this case the clinical picture is typical: target lesions with central bulla formation. Mostly the background of the symptoms remains obscure, but recurrent HSV infection may precede the lesions - or is even found in the multiforme lesions.
